If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturer defect, we are here to help. - Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the product is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the defect is a result of a manufacturing fault.

- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at [contact@flayor.in] within 7 days from the date of receiving your product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the product showing the defect.
- Return Authorization: Our team will assess your case and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Condition for Return: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
- Products that have been used, opened, or modified after delivery.
- Products purchased as final sale or during promotional/discounted sales.
- Any product that is not defective, but returned for personal reasons such as a change of mind.

If your return is approved after we receive the returned product and conduct a quality check, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days after the product has passed our quality check.
- Refund Conditions
- Manufacturing Defects: Refunds will only be provided if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect that is not caused by misuse or external damage.
- Damaged on Arrival: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately and submit clear photographs showing the damage to support your return request.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not covered by our policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product according to our Return Policy and place a new order.
