We provide a 6-month warranty on all products purchased directly from flayor.in. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If your product experiences a manufacturing defect or malfunctions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, subject to the terms below.

- How to Claim Warranty
If your product experiences an issue within the 6-month warranty period, you can initiate a warranty claim by following these steps:

- Send the Product to Us
- If the issue is confirmed, you may be asked to send the product back to us for inspection and verification.
- You will need to ship the product to the address provided by our support team, ensuring it is safely packaged to avoid any further damage during transit.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Inspection and Repair or Replacement
- Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
- If the product is determined to be defective, we will either:
- Repair the product if possible.
- Replace the product with an identical or similar model if a repair is not feasible.
- If the product is found to be out of warranty or the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will notify you of the findings and any associated repair costs.
- Warranty Period
- The warranty period for products is 6 months from the date of purchase.
- If a replacement product is provided, the warranty period for the replacement product will be the remaining period from the original purchase date, or 6 months, whichever is longer.
